Fantastic from start to finish! :-)
Thank you so much to Tom and the MOJO team for kindly helping us out with a large and quite complex order we required, consisting of various awards needed which could be gifted to members of staff for their long service at the University of Leicester and for gifts to be presented overseas also.
We had quite detailed requirements and needed them to be high-end, bespoke and individually named, packaged and delivered within a specific timeframe whilst factoring in the approval of multiple stake-holders at various times throughout.
Tom was incredibly patient and supportive as always and offered various designs, ideas, solutions and ensured our needs were met and went above and beyond inc hand delivering samples pre-production.
Thanks so much and we really appreciate all of the hard work done and for delivering such quality products to us once again.

Your customer service is always great. Fast, helpful, friendly but professional. Nothing that I've ever asked for has been an issue. Everyone I've been dealing with so far has always been very helpful. Orders are processed fast and delivered with no issues.

I have been using Mojo Promotions for about 2 years and couldn't be more pleased! Our account manager replies very promptly and keeps me up to date at each stage of the process and I always feel well informed about the status of an order. All team members that I have been in contact with have been professional, friendly and very helpful. The products themselves are high quality and look great. The high level of customer service combined with the very well-made products means I am unlikely to use another merchandise supplier again!
Exceptional service
Sally, Tom and the team were absolutely fantastic, turning around our team-branded tees in a super short lead time. The quote and order process was quick and seamless, and no request as we tweaked the spec was too much hassle. The tees themselves are immense, and I'm glad Tom and Sally recommended these as an alternative to our original request. I'd recommend Mojo to anyone who wants to work with merch experts.

This is the first time we have used Mojo Promotions. Our order was last minute and the response from your staff was excellent from the initial quote to the delivery. They were very friendly and efficient and the whole process was seamless and stress free - not always the case when ordering stock! We are delighted with the quality of the teddy bears, which arrived on time for our event. An incredibly helpful team!
We shamefully submitted an order very, very late but the MOJO team were incredibly helpful in getting the pens we ordered shipped to us. They were due to arrive on the morning of our event but they actually arrived the day before which hugely helped keep the nerves down as we were able to get all of our set up sorted the day before. In our opinion the MOJO team went above and beyond to help us and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future!
