High quality products and service
We've tried a few swag providers but my experience with mojo promotions was 100% the best. They were quick, polite, and just so easy to work with. The products were of a great quality and at a fair price. Delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. Adam and Sally kept me up to date the entire time and were incredibly responsive to my emails. I've already recommended them to a few of my colleagues internally. I'd be glad to work with them again on my next project.

Branded Backpack
Everyone at MoJo was great throught the process of getting branded backpack for two of our teams, always very atentive and keeping me informed of updated, many thanks specially to Zak and Mirren!
Great Service and great product
We ordered 100 puzzle cubes for our brand which has the brands motifs on, the service has been exceptional from day 1.

Great quality & Great service
I spoke with Rae back and forth trying to get our exact requirements, super patient and helpful throughout the whole process and our bottles that were ordered came earlier than expected - amazing quality both the bottles and the print.

Excellent quality
We ordered several items of merch with Mojo, having had good experiences using them when I was at a previous company. I chose them over a competitor as they provide visual proofs and have excellent customer service. Our order is excellent, will be happy to keep using them in the future!
Great products, attentive customer service!
Our school have used Mojo for products before but this was my first experience using them, and we wanted to create new products that we hadn't used before. The experience from initial proof designs through to ordering and then delivery was brilliant, with every member of the team that I dealt with being very helpful. The finished products are exactly what we wanted and good quality, and were competitively priced - I would definitely use Mojo again.

We really appreciated the website and Zaks recomendations on the logo files to ensure quality. Obviously from your online examples you can deliver excellent professionally branded products, but the extra advice and support helped us be confident that you could deliver this with the correct guidance. Zak was excellent in supporting us with the process and worked with us to ensure we would stay on time for production and delivery.
Products on your website that are not available:
You are not the only company doing this, and it was frustrating to request initial quotes and be told that the product isn't in supply. Offering an alternative (and sending us the example) quickly was why we stuck with you. From my customers perspective I would rather you didn't keep examples of uniball pens on your website live if you can't supply them (we go back to square one).
The product does look great, my boss is happy, and after having been let down by other companies, your customer service is very professional. Would be happy to be a return customer. Thanks again!

I've been ordering swag for Redgate's events from Mojo since the start of this year and have always had a great experience. The quality of the items is good, samples are sent very quickly and Sally is always super helpful. I also like that they plant trees to off-set the environmental impact of our orders. Excellent every time
Our Vinga coffee flasks arrived and they are just what we wanted. We get 5 star service every time, especially with Tom Verow and we thank the whole Mojo team for always making it so easy!

In my role I work with different suppliers to provide promotional and marketing materials for clients, and it's safe to say, Mojo stands out for all the right reasons. Their customer service is fantastic, they are quick to respond to any queries and keep you in the loop on projects. Even if there is a problem (which is rare), they are quick to resolve too. I'd highly recommend using Mojo.
High quality, fast and reliable - What more you I ask for!
Another day, another trade show to organise - I was in a bit of a pickle where I needed some big ticket items, last minute (as usual) thankfully MoJo were on standby to assist. They managed to turnaround a couple of roller banners as well some some extremely high quality branded work shirts, which looked great at the show. Highly recommend - here's hoping we have more time on the next project :-/ but I think all us marketing professionals know the answer to that one :-D
