We swung ourselves over to Treetop Golf Leicester on Friday to let our hair down - and ourselves, looking at the scores...
With July at an end and a brand new month at play, we decided to putt work aside and let off some steam at another Mojo social. A busy Friday had us rushing out the office and trading our desks for the canopy over at Treetop Golf, where we most certainly got to see whose golf skills (if any) were above par...
Upon arrival, we reached for tropical cocktails to fuel up and prepare our A-game.
Once the clubs were out, it was clear that some team members were taking a calm and calculated approach to the game, taking their time to assess the course ahead of them. Others adopted the 'hit it hard and hope for a miracle' approach, which works better for some than others (looking at you, ___). The ever-present competitive spirit at the Mojo socials was out in full force.
Whilst there were moments of skilful play and entertaining failures, with a few unexpected hole-in-ones that deserved their own trophy, ultimately there could only be one winner. After a fierce battle on the green and a 'hole' lot of fun, it was ___ who drove it home and came out on top!
We wrapped things up with some well-earned drinks to toast our golfing champion. The night was an absolute hit and the perfect way to cap off the week as a team.
