We swapped the office for a cosy café on King Street and pulled up a chair at Bread & Honey for Team Mojo's AGM...
Once a year we press pause on the proofs, quotes and artwork tweaks, and sit down together as a whole team to take stock. This year's Team Mojo AGM took us into the heart of Leicester, where we pulled up our chairs at Bread & Honey on King Street - a cosy independent café serving up honest, home-cooked food.
First things first: lunch. Soups, sandwiches, crisps and all the trimmings landed on the table, and it turns out there's no better fuel for a big-picture chat than a proper bowl of soup. With plates (mostly) cleared, we got down to business - looking back at the year gone, the wins worth celebrating and the lessons we're taking with us. This year we welcomed Grace and Sophie to their first event, with this also being a big milestone as it was our 5th AGM since we started the very first all the way back in 2021!
Then came the exciting bit - our plans for the future. We can even share a little teaser, watch this space for our next campaign with it being all about merch uses! Best of all, the floor was open to everyone. From the studio to sales, every member of Team Mojo had the chance to have their say, share ideas and help shape where we go next. After all, the best ideas don't come from one desk - they come from all of them.
They say listening to the team is our bread and butter - this year, it was bread and honey. Full of soup and full of ideas, we headed back to the office ready for the year ahead. A big thank you to the team at Bread & Honey for having us. Here's to the next chapter!
