When your team spends most days smashing deadlines and dreaming up big ideas, it’s only fair to hit pause and have a little fun: Mojo style!
Team bonding, but make it epic. That was the vibe when the Mojo crew swapped keyboards for combat and took a much-needed day out in Leicester. First stop: Go Ape. Not for swinging through the trees this time, but for something even better -archery tag. Think dodgeball meets Hunger Games, minus the fatal consequences. We sprinted, ducked, and (sometimes accidentally) took each other out in an all-out foam-tipped frenzy. A few heroic moments, a lot of chaotic aim, and one clear winner: team spirit (corny but true).
With our adrenaline still buzzing, we regrouped for the Puzzle Trail, where brainpower took centre stage. Armed with clues and questionable confidence, we navigated our way through a woodland maze of riddles, directions, and a healthy amount of friendly arguing. Turns out, marketing minds make pretty good codebreakers, eventually.
After all that action, it was only right to end the day the Mojo way: with tapas and pints at the pub. Bowls were shared, glasses were clinked, and stories of “that time I got you in the head with an arrow” were told (more than once).
It was the perfect mix of chaos, challenge and chill, a reminder that stepping away from the desk now and then makes us sharper, stronger, and a bit better at dodging flying objects. Here’s to the next adventure.
