A massive congratulations to Tom on 15 magical years here at Mojo, let's see what he got up to...
To describe Tom in a single word isn't an easy feat but the word we'd choose is: Stalwart. The definition of this word says it all: Reliable. Loyal. Hard-working. It sums Tom to a tee and recently we marked our Operations Directors 15th anniversary as we do, the Mojo way.
15 years is a special milestone considering he started the way all of our staff do and that's as an Account Manager, steadily growing his confidence & experience to ultimately being a shareholder in our company. So how did we start the celebrations then? Easy: we popped open not one but THREE bottles of champagne to get the night rolling. This was before Tom received a special 15 year award & a luxury Fortnum & Mason Hamper from the company. With glasses clinking and bubbles bursting the team then headed out to one of our favourite food spots in Leicester: Crafty Burger!
With pints in hand and good food being devoured (quite literally!) it was another chance to reflect on some of Tom's stories & experiences over the years, reinforcing the incredible work he's done for us since day 1.
We then followed up with a few more drinks across the city, ensuring there would be a headache or to the following day (but we wouldn't have it any other way). Thank you Tom for the past 15 and we truly can't wait to see what the future with you beholds.
