Emissions: Higher emissions come from production in India, however as the item is bulk shipped for storage in the UK, these emissions have reduced impact compared to one off air freighted shipments. | Raw Materials: Made from Jute and rPET plastic patches, however, the handles are not made from natural or recycled materials. | Longevity: Durable, highly desirable and with huge versatility which appeals to a wide range of people. This product can be used for many years and if looked after properly will mainly in a good condition for everyday use. | End of Life: The Jute is recyclable and biodegradable. The bag in its whole form is not recyclable but can be donated to a charity shop or textiles bank as an alternative to general waste.
