Outstanding Service
We received outstanding service with Mojo. The customer service was brilliant, helpful and so efficient. Order arrived in plenty of time and in brilliant quality.
Amazing, super quick
The overall experience was fabulous. We needed a quick turnaround for branded tees and golf bags for our ICON Golf Days, and the service was fantastic from start to finish. The proofing process, responsiveness to changes and speed of delivery were all excellent. We’re delighted with the final results!

Ordered sunglasses and universal adapter plugs
The communication and help from the Mojo team was absolutely amazing! They answered quickly and made the process easy and straight forward. The attention to detail was great and they made sure the product was exactly what you wanted, checking in throughout the process too. I personally really appreciate that the company is a B-corp and has many sustainable efforts too. Over all our products came in quick and are perfect, we are very excited to hand them out this conference season!

Great turnaround for what we needed
We had a bit of last minute opportunity which we could only do if we had some branded giveaways in less than a week, we worked with Tom who was great and helped get it all sorted and we had what we need in 4 days which was amazing, all good quality and exactly what we agreed, a great service

Excellent customer service, high quality products
Everyone from the sales team to production & accounts at Mojo has been so helpful! In the early stages of ordering we were provided with all colour & printing options to make an informed decision and then receive a mock-up. We received accurate delivery updates and our products arrived early! Everything is high quality and the colours are accurate vs the mock-up. Very happy customers and we will be returning if/when more items are required.
Wooden Keyring - Amazing
We really like the wooden keyrings - they’re beautifully made and arrived even before the original delivery date. Overall, an amazing experience with Mojo.
Incredibly Responsive & Friendly!
Our trade body has been ordering merch from Mojo Promotions for a number of years, and when I came in, we had to do a restock of pens.
Dan, our account manager, has been very helpful throughout the process, especially when there have been changes to the artwork or issues with printing. His customer service skills are excellent!
