I've been ordering swag for Redgate's events from Mojo since the start of this year and have always had a great experience. The quality of the items is good, samples are sent very quickly and Sally is always super helpful. I also like that they plant trees to off-set the environmental impact of our orders. In my role I work with different suppliers to provide promotional and marketing materials for clients, and it's safe to say, Mojo stands out for all the right reasons. Their customer service is fantastic, they are quick to respond to any queries and keep you in the loop on projects. Even if there is a problem (which is rare), they are quick to resolve too. High quality, fast and reliable - What more you I ask for!
Another day, another trade show to organise - I was in a bit of a pickle where I needed some big ticket items, last minute (as usual) thankfully MoJo were on standby to assist. They managed to turnaround a couple of roller banners as well some some extremely high quality branded work shirts, which looked great at the show. Highly recommend - here's hoping we have more time on the next project :-/ but I think all us marketing professionals know the answer to that one :-D

Perfect customer service from Mirren
We've used Mojo for our branded goods for the last few months and they are nothing if not peerless. We had an issue where, due to no fault of Mojo, some of the mugs we'd ordered arrived broken. Mojo made sure that they were replaced almost immediately, and they advised the couriers on how to properly package and handle the cargo. The team are always friendly, and my experience conversing with Mirren has been perfect - always quick to reply, genuine, and helpful.
