I have contacted Mojo because we wanted some drawstring bags for our products. Since the first email, they were all very nice and responsive. They explained the product, send a very well put together proposal and helped us with options.
I am definitely contacting them again once I need more packaging.

During my interactions with Mojo, from the first to the last conversation, I've been blown away. Tom has been incredible, he's been so accommodating, flexible and brought a smile and a laugh to every interaction we've had. The product is top notch and the price was fantastic. Tom worked quickly and hard to find solutions to our problems and help where possible. I cannot flaw his service or the product that they've delivered. We'll be back Mojo! Thank you.

Quick, Easy and Efficient.
From beginning to end the whole process was simple and easy to understand. It was nice to have a dedicated person to deal with my order rather than lots of different people, it's good to have continuity. The products were competitively priced, my requirements were considered and some helpful suggestions made. The order was delivered very quickly and I was pleased with it. We had a name change in the middle of the pandemic and needed to order some new merchandise before we re-opened our office. Mojo were incredibly helpful, sorting out delivering items to individual households rather than having them sitting at our office in bulk for months waiting to be loved.
The process was efficient and quick and we had quite a tight deadline which was no match for the team at Mojo. The quality is excellent and the customer care is outstanding, they really went above and beyond to help us with our transition. Really Helpful staff and great communication. Was an initial issue with the sample delivery but they rectified this and turned the product round really quickly.
