Tom has been incredible, he's been so accommodating, flexible and brought a smile and a laugh to every interaction we've had. The product is top notch and the price was fantastic. From beginning to end the whole process was simple and easy to understand. It was nice to have a dedicated person to deal with my order rather than lots of different people, it's good to have continuity. The products were competitively priced, my requirements were considered and some helpful suggestions made. The order was delivered very quickly and I was pleased with it. We had a name change in the middle of the pandemic and needed to order some new merchandise before we re-opened our office. Mojo were incredibly helpful, sorting out delivering items to individual households rather than having them sitting at our office in bulk for months waiting to be loved.
The process was efficient and quick and we had quite a tight deadline which was no match for the team at Mojo. The quality is excellent and the customer care is outstanding, they really went above and beyond to help us with our transition. Stay Connected Boxes!
A HUGE thank you to Sally and the team at MoJo Promotions for arranging “Stay Connected” packages to send to all our staff at home during lockdown. We gave staff the option to choose either a tea, coffee or hot chocolate box to enjoy a hot drink and a break, in the same way that they would in the office. It was a fantastic idea and our staff were so grateful to receive such a thoughtful and well put together package (especially the eco-friendly packaging)! Being able to include a personalised note was a lovely touch and we will be sending more of these delightful boxes in the next few weeks to our clients.
