We have worked with Mojo Promotions for the last 2 years, and every single time has been a smooth and well organized process! I work exclusively with Sally who always gets me the information I need in a timely manner and is amazing to work with. The products as well are always of high standard and the turn around time is super quick. Overall, I love working with Mojo and would recommend!

efficient, flexible, resourceful
I have made 2 orders with Matthew Baylis for products that I have requested on a relatively quick turn-around (faster than that quoted on the site) and he has been extremely helpful in customer service. Everything has been very flexible, all questions answered and prompt service.

Great personal service, flexible and good communication
We've used several branding companies in the past, most feel very computerised and pressure sales driven. I found Tom who helped us through the whole process of getting luggage tags branded helpful and easy going. He kept in touch when necessary and was very knowledgeable on all of the products available. Always cheerful and a delight to work with.
The luggage tags themselves are very well made and the branding of a high quality, a bonus was that the delivery came early. Very happy all round!

MojoPromotions were recommended to me by College Court. I can honestly say that Tom was amazingly helpful from the first phone call to the point of delivering the items ordered. The service I received was first class and I was kept informed and updated at all times during the process. I have not actually seen the bags ordered yet but I have it on good authority from the conference venue that they are of excellent quality, and certainly on viewing them this morning they look brilliant and just what we were hoping for to hand out to our delegates. We have speakers coming from not only Europe but also America, Japan, Canada and Australia and so I am sure the bags will be very well received. I would not hesitate in using MojoPromotions in the future. :)

Sally at Mojo was extremely helpful in helping me prepare, design and decide what was needed to brand our crockery. She generated quotes/proofs very quickly and the items were ordered and delivered safe and sound when expected and are of excellent quality. Having been let down by another supplier, I got in touch with Emily who could not have been more helpful or efficient. She helped us find a suitable product, sent samples out at great speed, and turned the whole order around ahead of schedule. Great customer service and speedy delivery
The customer service was great by Emily, whilst placing my order I had to change it multiple times and they were always happy to assist. All my queries were answered promptly and she always kept me up to date. The delivery also arrived way before the expected delivery date even with amendments needed to be made to my order. The quality of the bottle opener and print is excellent. I would definitely use Mojo Promotions again.
