Emissions: This is made in Switzerland. The heat from knife grinding is reused to heat the building and 120 close by apartments and Solar and Hydro power is used to reduce the HQ's Carbon Footprint. Raw Materials: This is made from ABS plastic and metal. Longevity: This can be used for many years. End of Life: This is not recyclable. Alternatively, you can take this to a specialist recycler. | Additional Information: 25% of the steel they use comes from scrap steel from manufacturing. The wood for their pocket knives are sourced from a local walnut woods. 55% of all their waste is recycled.
