Placed a small order where the deadline for payment kept getting pushed out, however the team (Zak) were very patient and understanding, and once ordered, they managed to get 2 of the 3 items to the show in Europe in time for the show (record time)! The 3rd was delayed by customs but Sophie kept me advised of the status continually! Very happy
